Casa sull’Albero is a design & boutique hotel overlooking Lake Como, in the historic village of Malgrate, just 5 minutes from Lecco.

It consists of two modern villas built using the most innovative energy-saving technologies and natural materials, such as wood and stone.

Casa sull’Albero has 12 rooms and suites from 20 to 35 square meters with large windows overlooking the garden and the lake, an outdoor swimming pool, an honesty kitchen, a meeting room, a massage area and private spa, as well as a private covered car park with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Nature is an integral part of the project: the centuries-old park surrounding the property, as well as the products offered, which come from local farms.
