Overlooking the lake, Da Giovannino Bistrot has a long history. It was already featured in the first edition of the Michelin Red Guide in 1956; after being closed for several years, it reopened in March 2017, bringing a fresher and more modern approach, without forgetting its authenticity.
The Bistrot offers carefully prepared cuisine that respects seasonality and pays attention to the local area. The search for quality ingredients is one of its strengths: products connected to Lake Como, its valleys, Brianza to the south of the lake, and the excellence of the Italian territory.
Da Giovannino Bistrot’s cuisine develops a gastronomic journey that starts from tradition and, through careful and continuous research, leads to the proposal of innovative dishes. The wine cellar also offers a carefully selected range of Italian and International labels.
To complete the offering, Da Giovannino Bistrot also serves pizza, both in classic and more creative versions.
During the warmer months, it is possible to have lunch and dinner directly on the lakeside; in winter, the large windows offer guests an unparalleled view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
