Team Building Incentive Lake Como designs and delivers incentive programmes, city experiences, team building activities and corporate events on Lake Como, turning the destination into an experience to discover and share. From the lake, its villages, nature, culture and local heritage to outdoor and experiential activities, we create tailor-made programmes for companies, agencies and DMCs. Particular focus is placed on purpose-driven, charitable and sustainable team building experiences, supporting CSR goals while creating a positive impact on the local community. Our offer is completed by themed parties, entertainment and immersive experiences, from James Bond-style Casino Nights to movie / Netflix – Prime Series – and TV-inspired formats.
